Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed was large and comfortable. However, the room decor seemed a bit dated. The service was outstanding, with the staff being genuinely friendly, incredibly polite, and massively helpful. The location was superbly strategic, very close to the Lok Ma Chau Hong Kong Border crossing to China, making it convenient for both shopping and access to good food. The dining options were good, offering both Chinese and Western choices. On the downside, the hotel facilities could use some updates and renovations.
I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms, while offering a nice view of the city lights and being very large, fell short of what I'd expect from a 5-star stay, especially considering the high cost of over 800 RMB per night. The service was generally good with well-trained staff who were helpful at check-in, but they missed replacing my shower foam despite it almost being empty. The location was convenient with easy access to the Shenzhen Exhibition Center and the Hong Kong checkpoint, making it great for exploring the area. The dining options were decent with a variety of Asian and Western dishes, although not as expansive as other 5-star buffets. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory but didn't stand out.
The hotel offers spacious, nicely decorated rooms with a big comfy bed and plenty of pillows, although it falls short of a 5-star standard in my opinion. The service was polite, helpful, and English-speaking. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Shenzhen exhibition center and a short metro ride to the Hong Kong checkpoint, with convenient access to various shopping districts. The dining options are decent, catering to both Asian and Western tastes, but could use more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff in a great location, although with some room for improvement in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit on the smaller side and with a lingering smell of cigarettes, were impeccably clean and boasted luxurious beds and bathrooms. The service I received was top-notch; the staff was not only friendly but also went out of their way to assist me promptly when I accidentally left my phone charger in the room. The location was a major plus, being strategically situated near local restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the Lok Ma Chau Hong Kong Border crossing to China. On the downside, the dining options, while decent, fell short in comparison to what you might expect at a typical 5-star buffet. Nonetheless, the hotel's value for money was commendable, especially considering its proximity to key attractions and amenities.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very large, clean, and spacious, although they faced the back. The service was amazing, with genuinely friendly and massively helpful staff, including a Malaysian/Singaporean owner. The location is superbly strategic, being near the Lok Ma Chau Hong Kong Border crossing to China, only one subway station away. The dining experience was excellent with a mix of Asian and European cuisine, and the facilities were top-notch.
